I have been a fish keeper for a long time now. I own and have owned aquariums ranging from 60L to 3foot 100L tanks I have been planing on obtaining a much smaller size tank for a different species of fish on that I have never solely kept alone. About a month ago purchased a fairly large shrimp out of Pets At Home to see how it would far in one of my community tanks. To my surprise it got on well with all the other fish in the tank (Tetra's, Danio's, Platy, Corrys etc ) I thought it would shallow away in my many hiding places. No! thou all most every time I look into my tank its scurrying about doing its thing to my surprise it wasn't shy at all. All so its pregnant for the second time? The first time I seen green eggs in its belly and a few weeks later they were no where to be seen in her. Now I see them again in her belly, I don't understand she's the only shrimp in the tank?
So iv been watching how the shrimp goes about doing its business in the tank. I find it fascinating so this has me think about obtaining a shrimp nano tank.
This is the tank I am planing on paying. Please help me out with any info you could muster cheers.

Re: New Shrimp Nano Tank
What exactly do you want to know? If you're asking if that tank is a good one...it's fine...it'll work. As for the berried shrimp...even if a female is by herself she can still carry eggs around for a day or two..but they are unfertilized and she will soon drop them.
