these are supposed to be blue pearl shrimp but i see zero blue after about a week of having them, one of the larger ones has a little bit of red mixed in with its tail but they all are clear? is this some other type of shrimp?

The "blue pearl" shrimp aren't all that blue to begin with. When you see really blue pictures of them on the internet it's mostly because they are on really dark substrates (where the "blueishness" comes out more) and/or the person taking the picture tweaked the picture a little bit. Having said that, just wait and see if they turn blue in the end. This could take days or weeks. When these shrimp are stressed out they lose their coloration completely. If they never feel good (for example due to permanent damage during shipping or your tank's suboptimal water), then they never turn blue and die off in the end.
