I currently have my shrimps in my 20 gallon with a few sae, 2 corries, and 5 male guppies. I have 2 "red nose" shrimps, 3 cherries, 4 somekind of algae shrimps. will the shrimps thrive well in thise setup? will the guppies give the baby shrimps a hard time? I have lots of java moss covered bogwood for the shrimps to hide in.

None of those fish pose a real threat to adult shrimp, but the shrimp will probably still feel threatened. As for babies, don't get your hopes up. The larvae from the red-nose will not survive in freshwater. The same might be true of your "somekind of algae shrimps".
The cherries will breed if you have both males and females ( a big 'if' if you got your shrimp from an importer). The guppies will eat the young they find them.

most importantly, provide very thick moss to make both the adult and young ones feel comfortable.
Note: try to lift any thick moss off the ground (can tie or rest on wood or rock) as they would appear as a deadly trap to your cory
guppies should not cause problem to the shrimp fries as they (the fish) swim slower, but sometimes they do give them a nip (due to the blurr and always-want-to-eat nature?

That's not true. *Any* kind of fish with a "normal" mouth (as opposed to specialized mouths that otocinclus and plecos have) will eat shrimp hatchlings and small juveniles. After all small crustaceans are their natural food.
