New snail arrival

Post by Harry »

I have had my tank for two weeks, no berried shrimp yet. But I have noticed a new snail arrival. This little guy is new and not part of Mustafa's shipment. I noticed him early on when he was just a speck on the glass. He is either a new arrival or a hidden hitchhiker on the microalgae.

Ha! Probably a hitchhiker off a plant of something. Cute thing! But I think it might multiply.

Yes, that's probably a hitchhiker on the Macroalgae I sent you, although it's equally likely that the snail was simply born in your tank (since I sent you snails, too) :) That's clearly a Tarebia granifera baby.
