I've had sulawesi harlequin and cardinals for 10 weeks and just today noticed this berried Harlequin hiding in solitude. This female is one of two harlequins, so unless the other one is a male these eggs will be lost. But I'd take 50/50 odds to Vegas any day so we'll see (but please, no wagering ).

Congrats on the eggs! But, as you may already know, the odds are against you even if you have a male and a female. 1. the females has to survive until the eggs hatch 2. the baby shrimp have to survive

Usually, either 1. or 2. simply does not happen..especially with sensitive species and imported animals. But, either way...good luck and come back and report on your results and experiences, no matter positive or negative!
