Parasite?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I have a couple fish that have internal parasite. I'm wondering if RCH will catch any parasite from fish? And will RCH can tolerate Epsom Salt. I'm planning to dose in the tank to prevent parasite. Thank you

What's an RCH? I assume you're talking about some type of shrimp. It's always best to just catch the fish and treat them outside the tank. Shrimp are sensitive to all kinds of disturbances to the biological balance in their tanks. And since tanks are very small (compared to natural waters) that can happen very easily.
