and not directly related to shrimp, but here goes...
i'm in socal on a biz trip right now, and i have a late flight on thurs, so i may have some time to hit up an lfs down here. hypothetically, if i were to buy a few shrimp or fish (perhaps species that i haven't been able to find in norcal), will it pass inspection at security checkpts or will they confiscate? shrimp and other livestock are not listed as dangerous or prohibited items. i've heard of folks bringing shrimp onto flights from hk to the us, passing customs. i imagine domestic flights shouldn't pose a problem, but there's always that uncertainty. anyone have exp with this?
thx.
