At walmart for christmas i bought two dwarf gouramis. I also bought some ghosts. After all 21 ghost shrimp dissapeared, i started to wonder (no bodies). So i added 1 ghost shrimp and watched it. The 2 dwarf gouramis took it down. So i surfed the net. I found 2 site with these pics of my fish only they were called blue paradise fish. Do paradise fish eat shrimp? I am positive it was a paradise.

You're talking about Macropodus opercularis. They are crustacean predators by nature (like many small to medium sized fish)...so yes, they can eat shrimp.
