Hi all,
Just wanted to say hi and thanks for haveing me at this forum.
I'm very new to freshwater shrimp and hope to learn more about how to keep em healthy and happy.
I currently have ghost shrimp, amano shrimp, and my favorite, red cherry shrimp.
I'm also a member of the dwarf puffer forum wich is suspiciously similar to this one.

Welcome Dwaffer!
I think you will like this forum just as much as your dwarf puffer forum. I just went over there for the first time and it seems to be nice website/forum.

As to the similarity...well...both shrimp and puffers are small animals and they seem to attract similar people. I like dwarf puffers too!
Take care,
Mustafa

Thanks for the warm welcome.
I'm learning alot from reading the old post.
I havent seen many accounts on the net about breeding the red cherry shrimp. It isnt that rare of an event is it?
P.S. I only keep ghost shrimp with my dwarf puffers and havent had any bad expierence yet. A few folk have been keeping them together as well and it really depends on the temperment of the individual fish.

I agree though it is risky and I dont have the nerve of combing the cherries with them as of yet. I love them red cherries though!
Thanks again for the welcome.

I just wished I'd read your postings on natural Iodide feeding before I spent the 12 bucks on the bottle of bunk! Impatientce is always my worst enemy.
I can by alot of spinach, etc., for $12.

--Haha...it's ok. Just throw it out or try to sell it to someone else who wants to use it for their chemistry class

. We all learn from our mistakes.
