Questions on Bamboo shrimp?

Any one ever own a Bamboo shrimp? My lfs has 5 or 6. I have a few questions:
1.) Are they peaceful or aggressive?
2.) What temp do they nedd to be at?
3.) How big do they get?
4.) what size tank do you need?
Can anybody help?
