Losing Red Color

My supershrimp seem to be losing their red coloring. I do water changes and feed them. They swim around and are very active and they have reproduced. All around they seem to be really healthy, they just seem to be more of a beige color instead of red. Anyone experience that and figure out how to pump up the coloring?
