What is this shrimp carrying?

What is this shrimp carrying?

I have some neon Yellow shrimp but this one in particular is a blonde, it looks like it is carrying yellow eggs but they look shredded, looking almost like bee pollen. anyone have any ideas?

I actually found out its a snowball shrimp that mated with a neon yellow
