I just wanted info on breeding these things? Is it possible? Do they breed as much and easy as cherries?

they will breed, quite easily.

aquatic-store.com sells them online. i believe it's $18 for 6 plus shipping. i've never ordered from them personally, but i haven't heard anything negative about them either, so they may be a good source. aside from A-S, mustafa may be the only other online source, at least that i'm aware of. franksaquarium.com sells fw shrimp, too, but i'm not aware whether he has tigers for sale or not (they are in his list of available shrimp right now).
you noted aquabid has them, too, but u're talking about int'l shipping, which can be quite lengthy. they're $1.90ea right now, but you have to buy 100 of 'em, so if u have a big tank, go for it. i'm interested in getting them myself, but i have no place for them.

as far as i'm aware, shrimp are not picky about temp. i have two tanks, one at room temp (about 62F) and another set at 79F. i don't know the conversion to Celcius, but i think they should do just fine either way(room temp or heated). YMMV.

62F = 16.6C
79F = 26C
