when should i

transfer my ghost shrimp fry from the breeder box? i took out the mothers so all thats in there are fry. i have a 10 gl with java moss and lots of plants all ready, just need to know when the time is right. ty

hi nikki, i'm not a shrimp expert but i recently just put together a 10 gallon planted shrimp tank.
IMO, they're ready if the tank is cycled. I put the babies in after two days after the tank was running. but then i put in 75% water from an established planted tank. If you're worried, why not just leave them in the breeder tank until you're confident enough that the 10 gallon is safe.
