Is it a good idea to put guppies with shrimps? Are there any fishes that won't eat baby shrimps?

I plan on getting a lot of cherry reds and if the guppies eat the baby shrimps, I would probably give the guppies away and keep a shrimp tank.

Also, are Taiwan blue shrimps able to crossbreed with red cherrys?

I have heard from a respectable source that if the shrimp's fry are small enough guppies and small fish will make a meal of the shrimp's offspring.
Also I am not sure about the shrimp crossbreeding but I'm pretty sure it's possible

There is no such thing as a "Taiwan Blue Shrimp". It's a made up name. The shrimp you are referring to are Neocaridina denticulata sinensis, which is just the normal colored form of the Red Cherries. They are not even blue *at all*, so there is not even a reason to call them "blue shrimp." The particular N. denticulata sinensis you are referring to are not even from Taiwan. They are feral shrimp from Hawaii, which were introduced to the streams there in 1991 and have been propagating there ever since. They are exactly the same shrimp species, so yes, they will interbreed.

Is it okay to keep clown loaches, yoyo loaches and any other kind loaches with baby shrimps? What about chinese algae eaters or siamese algae eaters?

I can not imagine a loach passing on a chance for a tasty snack like baby shrimp. Here's a test to try: Get some baby brine shrimp. Throw them in with the loaches. Watch the carnage. Now try to come up with a reason why the same wouldn't happen to any other baby shrimp.

As for keeping them with algae-eating fish, you are just introducing competition for your shrimp.
