Looks like fungus growth. I would separate the shrimp into a different tank and wait until it molts. The fungus might just be shed with the old exoskeleton. Using medication with shrimp is always dangerous since aquarium medications are always made for fish and what's ok for a fish can be deadly for a shrimp.

Thanks. Maybe I buy small quarantine for shrimps then. Then again I also have about a week old shrimp babys in tank. They get it too. And they are so small that I certainly can't get every infected out to guaranteen.
It seems that all shrimps are goig to get it. It also looks that it doesn't bother shrimps that much. They act normal. And it desappears quite soon, perhaps just when shrimp molts. Now I just have to keep my fingers grossed that healed shrimps don't get it again. I hope they make it and problem will desappear.
I could move healthy shrimps to quaranteen. And if they keep healthy I could move them to new bigger shrimp tank. But would it help. Would I get same problem to new bigger tank too. It will also take time to get new tanks running...
Any ideas what could be causing this? And what to do?
