Heres a pic of the only one i could really get into focus, its about 3/4 inch long, male or female? Whats that yellow line?

Hi Joshguppy, if you're referring to the area above the head, that would be the ovaries, which we sometimes call the yellow saddle (female). After mating, those would drop down to the pleopod area as eggs. There she will care for them by cleaning and aerating them until they hatch, about 3-4 weeks.
If she drops the eggs (loses them) within a couple days or so after having descended to the pleopod area, that usually means they were not fertilized or could not be carried for some reason such as stress.
