The pics are nice and it is difficult to catch these tiny babies, so great job. You did say they are eating moinas and plankton. Please keep us informed and the pics coming.

Thanks.

Thanks for the warning about Onyx because I was considering it. Saved me problems with that substrate.

Breeding at that young an age (5-6 weeks)? Do you feed them anything special or are the conditions in your tank just right? Please let us know.

Thanks.

What dark substrate do you recommend?

I am setting up a new tank and need advice on what type of substrate to use. Can someone please let me know how dense a shrimp population is to dense? I need to know as I have a couple of female CRs carrying eggs and need to plan this out before the shrimplets arrive. I have them in a 5 g tank.

Thanks.

I have some RCs that are mostly clear and have not colored up for the most part since they were born. Is there anything i can do with their water, food or environment to help bring out there color or is it mostly genetic? These shrimp are 3 months old!

Thanks.

Please keep us updated on this shrimp as they seem to be popular already. I hope they are active and live the normal lifespan, that will be icing on the cake.

Thanks.
