hey guys and girls. i'm new around here. just got my first 10 shrimps from petshrimp today in the mail. can't wait for them to start showing color. i did a water test and notice the pH is around 7.4 to 7.6 have anyone have any success acclimating them to 6.6 pH? anyone got a full grown colony with pictures they would like to share?

First things first,
What Species of Shrimp did you receive ?

If you currently have a PH of 7.4 - 7.6.
Why would you want to try and maintain the Shrimp in a PH of 6.6 ?

He got some red cherry shrimp from me. When he's talking about Ph he means that he's trying to adjust from the Ph he apparently measured in the shipping bag to his low Ph in the tank. Just trying to give a context.
