My local PetSupermarket uses the double sponge filter in every single one of their tanks but they don't sell ANY sponge filters :shock: It sucks ... I have to get it online. I'm going to buy a pump+filter+shipping for like $16 online :roll:

Wow, interesting topic :) That is a very good looking shrimp. But how large do they get? That picture looks as if it was taken by a microscope :shock:

Very great and touching story Heather :) Thank you for sharing that with us. you sound like a great hobbyist and person. I would like to one day be able to devote so much time (and money :D) to my aquariums. In fact, I just worked since 11 AM 'till 6 PM for money to fund my very first RCS tank setup...
