Just bought 4 red nose shrimp. Put them in my shrimps only 2 ft tank together with Tiger and Cherry shrimp. After 3 days, I notice the red nose begin to eat up most of the plants, including moss.

Are there some specific factors that make molting impossible for shrimps? Lack of certain minerals or wrong water parameters?
All the other shrimps seem to have no difficulties in molting.

You would have to search scientific journals (such as crustaceana) which you can access through research libraries at Universities (if they let you in) or you subscribe to very expensive services that deliver you articles you are looking ...

It's definitely not Palaemon.
As to the other shrimp...it's still anybody's guess. By the way...as much as I appreciated Aquajapan, it did have tons of mistakes...so even the species you listed above might just not be the species that were scientifically described as such.
