Well you've been in a pickle try water changes shrimp are very keane on that.

Any Crayfish/Lobster won't fit well in a tank with each other. Unless you have a massive tank with plenty of hiding places. But Crabs smalls ones yeah there's a cool very small crab called a Micro spider crab would fit great.
