Looks like the Supershrimp mossballs you bought from here have covered the entire bottom of your tank and even attached themselves to your rocks! Awesome! :) If you ever get to clean the front glass, do me a favor and post another shot of your mossballs so we can literally get a clear picture. :D M...

I don’t know. I bought a moss ball, shrimp, and snails from Mustafa. Only other things I’ve put in is rocks, coral, and spirulina pellets for food. I’ve never cleaned the algae out the past 5 years and it’s taken it that long to grow to it’s current size. Very slow growing.

I feed maybe once a month or longer if I remember. I feed 2-3 rice grain sizes of spirulina pellets. I had the light on for a long time for 12 hours but reduced to 10 hours

Hello! I’ve had a thriving tank for the past 5 years in a fluval edge 6 gallon. Probably about two years in I switched from 21 LEDs (original amount for a 6 gallon) to a 42 LED lamp (meant for the taller 12 gallon fluval) because it was nice and bright. However over time the snails seemed to die off...

Larvae light behavior
Hello,
Has anyone else noticed the larvae's behavior to light? They seem to be attracted to light and move to wherever the light source is. Does anyone know why they move to the light source?
