That sounds rough!! You probably shouldn't have moved them around so often, unfortunately it tends to be safer to leave then undisturbed until you know exactly what the problem is and how to fix it with minimal disturbance. As for next time, I'd stick to 10-ish to start! And maybe pick up some snail...

Update: after watching more closely, she does gain a lot of color when undisturbed, but her color is almost purple, with lots of clear bands (not quite like a purple zebrashrimp) When the tank is disrupted at all she turns 100% clear immediately.
