Which of these do you guys think are good to feed my larva new born shrimp?

I kept doing water from the tap and then adding chemicals to make it better..
Finally I went to walgreens and bought 2 big cases of water for 10 bucks, it filled about 30% of my 55 gallon tank and vuala my water levels are all great now.

Is this ok to do?

Not needed for ghost shrimp. The issue with many shrimp is that they are attracted to light. If the tank light isn't left on they will go toward what ever room light there is.
