Usually same as green shrimp.
" Black Midget Shrimp " ?
Usually not a black shrimp at all. No idea why the exporter is using this name. Various different species are exported as "black midget shrimp" from india. So, with every batch you might actually be getting different shrimp. Even within a batch you might get different species, i.e. a species mix.

Just a update
I purchased 12 "Black" Midget Shrimp.
And as Mustafa stated, they are not black.
The Shrimp I received were clear to a transparent Orange.
They are alot smaller than RCS.
I will try to post pictures.
They were Wild Caught, and they do not like to come out of hidding.

I will be waiting eagerly for the pictures to see if these look like the shrimp from my LFS, sold under the name of "Black Algae Eating Shrimp".
