4 Atya Gabonensis in 240l

I have 4 A. Gab in i think about 70gallon=240l. Whit barbs, kongotetra and (silvershark). I feed every second day whit cyklops and between ordinary fishfood. They are hiding but sometimes i am lucky and see them filtreting. The tank had been going for a year now. But i had the shrimp about 3 weeks i hope they have enough food. Can i tell if they have enough food. Shall i change the food anybody who knows?
