Your right Iceburg is nutritionally deficient. I do not use it as a staple. I use the collard greens for that they are packed with yummy goodness. I only use the iceburg when it starts to go bad in the fridge. Mostly for my peruvian snails. But I put a slice in each crayfish and shrimp tank. They like the roughage. It disappears pretty fast.

Ahh, nice to know. Thanks both Badflash and FWE. I'm more used to snail and turtle information than anything else heh.
