RCS and Oxygenation
Do RCS require or prefer alot of movement of the water? I have my filter set on low and also have a sponge over the outflow. There is really not much water movement at all. Is this OK for RCS? I could turn it up a bit or even add a venturi to the filter if they need more oxygen. Please advise.

I prefer having some amount of visible surface agitation. This helps to increase oxygenation as well as prevent a protein film from building up and limiting gas exchange between the atmosphere and the surface of the water.
But if there is suitable agitation inside the filter, then the water should have enough oxygen for your shrimp.
