Hi Amanda,

I hope you're right about the pregnant females being in hiding.

I'm also a little worried in that I'd like to make some aquascape changes--I don't want to throw out any shrimp with unused plants!

Well it was Mustafa who originally posted that pregnant cherries hide -- I was just repeating him. Mine doesn't seem to be hiding at all. But given all the plants in my tank, maybe she thinks she's hidden.

I know what you mean about being afraid to take any plants out. Especially when there are babies in the tank.
