what happened to this shrimp?

On polish shrimp forum one user has posted photos of one of their red cherry shrimps. It looks quite weird. Here are photos:

Is it a kind of disease? What should he do with this specimen?

Looks like a bad molt to me. Check the water parameters and make sure they have adequate calcium. If someone suggests iodine, they are full of it.

The shrimp will probably be OK after the next molt.
