How long will baby cherry shrimp get red color?
My baby cherry shrimps are almost 2 months old, but they are all colorless. And some of them have the "yellow yolk", so I think they are females. But they are also colorless. The only red color is some small red spots on their bodies. How long will they get the red color?
There is no standard answer to this. It all depends on the amount of food, their growth rate (which depends on the amount of food), water conditions and what *kind* of food you are feeding. Are you feeding anything at all or are you just letting them pick at whatever they can find?
Normal flake food should be enough for them to color out. Having said all this, it can take up to several months for Red Cherries to color out. If you could take some pictures to show what kind of color they have right now it would help tremendously.
