Are there any shrimp species that burrow in sand?

Thanks! I just think they would make a useful creature to help keep sand from compacting in a planted tank. Could I rely on them instead of the usual MTS?

I would also think they would dig up or uproot plants (possibly, depending on where they want to make their home).
