I think I've lost some shrimp. Will they jump out if my glass of the aquarium is not tight/?

They will jump out if they deem the water in your aquarium undesirable or so they say that is why you should always have your lid on the tank

Or just fix what's wrong with your tank. Shrimp don't just leave the tank without reason.
