Can someone enlighten me what this is? Is it a shrimp? Found it living amongst my rili shrimps. Didn't even realise it was there because the colour was similar to the brown leaves I placed in the tank. Will it attack the baby shrimps cos I have some baby rili shrimps in the tank as well.

No shrimp. Damsel fly, dragon fly larvae. Very bad. Will eat your shrimp. A voracious predator. Remove immediately. Put in a local pond.
