Small fry but no larvae

Interesting how I see lots of tiny, fully formed fry swimming around, but no larvae. Only once, quite a while ago I saw some larvae floating. But my tanks are heavily planted, so I'm thinking the larvae stay contained in the rocks and plants?

Harry when my shrimp first began to breed the floaters seemed to stay near the bottom. I found that if I looked from the side of the ten gallon tank they were more easily seen.
