i have already bought indian almond leaves(when do i put them in?) and the dead cactus wood they like (dont know how to spell it).
im running a sun sun 302 canister filter with a pre filter over the intake (so nobody gets sucked in). of course a heater 77 degrees, and lots of plants and some lace rock. i have the hood that came with the tank. it only has one t-8 24'' bulb in iti put in a zoomed ultra sun bulb 6500k so thats why the low light plants. please give me any advice, tips, anything you can think of to help. i really appreciate any help i can get from everyone and i look forward to keeping shrimp
thank you
Cherries are noted for being among the most adaptable of shrimp, I don't see why a ph of 7.4 would be a problem for them. Indeed all the information I've read says they are fine at ph a good deal higher than that.jonesinfershrimp wrote:i'd *try* to bring it down to a pH of 7.0 (its a pretty safe #) and get a test for the gH and kH. if they are to high, it could be potentially lethal. same if it's too low.
Malawa shrimp, they're even hardier and more productive.pauly wrote:what shrimp other than cherry shrimp are good for beginners? thanks
