The other day, when i was changing my water and vacumming the gravel, i believe i accidently moved a rock where one of the shirmps was hiding under, i checked it right away and it was moving alright. But the next morning, it was gone

This past few days, all my shrimps have been hiding everywhere, where there is a little space, it will hide. If a swordtail gets too close or tries to pick at it, the shrimp goes crazy and starts jumping all over the tank and grabs the attention of the other fish which also gets close to it and tries to pick at it

Just now, i tried feeding my shrimps some turtle sticks because they have lots of calcium and the shrimp looks like they haven't eaten in awhile...first it was all going great until the turtle sticks went in...the swordtail came at the sticks like crazy! and started to get super aggressive at each other. Some pieces reached the bottom but the shrimps never got a chance to get the sticks and the fish would come over and harrass them

Right now, i have a 15G with under gravel filter and fluval 3 and 5 plastic plants. Is it a good idea to move all the gravel off one part of the undergravel filter and then put a slate or rock over the uncovered area? Because my UG filter is one of those that come up and down so there would be a space between where shimps could get in my fish can't. There all these spaces in my current tank where the shimp could hide, but usually the fish gets really close to those space and the shimp would jump away. At the moment, my shrimps are about 2/3 the size of my fish. What should i do? The temp of the tank is at 82F and I add salt + aquaplus everytime i do water change. Nothing special for the shrimp like iodine or calcium. I do have a empty eggshell(calcium?) in the tank(another hiding space)...
