HI there, and welcome to the hobby! You already received a bunch of useful information and I don't really need to add to it. As for temperature, 75 is fine. So is 70, or 80 or 65 etc., in other words don't put a heater in there and just let them live at room temperature. They are very adaptable. One lat thing...the "mossballs" here aren't marimo balls, so don't go out there and get one from the pet store. They are much larger and will just turn into a mess of hair/string algae after a while and won't produce the "baby" mossballs that the species sold here produces.

Hey, thank you! I'm excited to start my new tank. As for temperature for breeding purposes what temperature is best? Is there anything else I should be aware about to make the conditions better for them? And thank you for the tip on the mossballs.

No problem! They actually breed at all the above mentioned temperatures. :) The eggs and larvae develop faster at the higher temperatures though. So, again, there is no "best" temperature.

I don't have a heater, so it's ambient room temperature. I'm a worry wart so I have a thermometer on my sink, and a thermometer inside the tank. PetSmart told me that inside the tank is more accurate than the stick-on type.

Over the summer, with A/C, the tank ranged from 76-79. Right now, it's about 66-68. I had a LOT of babies over the summer/fall. I had 2 more clutches hatch early last month. There seemed to be a pause of a few weeks without seeing any pregnant shrimp, but I have 2 berried shrimp now.

Like crittersni, my nano tank is heaterless and ambient temps are 68-ish this time of year and 80-ish in the summer months. I had a spurt of shrimp babies last spring, and woke up to a berried shrimp this morning. They're flexible on temp :)
