I would recommend you to postpone your ideas for the moment. Your shrimps need time to relax and get used to the new environment, as they are just recovering from the previous shock. From my 3 years experience keeping these creatures, they don’t react well to drastic changes to their environment. As mostafa mentioned the best way is to leave them alone. And also your new rocks need time to be colonized by nitrifying bacteria and algae. So slow everything down, make small changes one at a time and don’t move forward until everything settles. Your shrimps will be just fine and happy.
These amazing creatures can live for well over 20 years if kept well. Just take it slow

Go for it! The macro algae will be a big help to balancing out your tank. I used that castle I picked up from petsmart as a cave as the lower half is hollow. Then stacked my lava rocks around it. It’s really small but the round glass magnifies everything. The opae will probably lose their color for a few days after you add stuff to the tank but they will be fine. Biggest thing is to make sure not to crush any of them when moving stuff around.
Do you have snails? If not I’d get a couple to help keep it clean.
