One year since first fry showed up

This is an update of my 5 gallon tank that started with 30 shrimp. It took 1 year and 7 months before I saw my first floaters on August 23, 2019. Since that time there has always been only one female berried at a time so it made it easy to keep track of the number of new fry. As of this past August 23 they have had a total of 139 fry! There is lots of activity now and I was able to start a new 1 gal tank in July with 10 shrimp (which are doing very well). Now there are SIX berried females with lots of eggs each and I’m thinking once they start dropping their fry there will be no way I’ll be able to keep count, which is a great problem to have. The shrimp get fed a tiny bit of spirulina powder once per month and the tank looks great.

Congratulations on the progress! I hope mine will finally start to breed like your shrimp. Would like to see a current photo of your tank.
