I don't think you can convert eleocharis acicularis to a brackish salinity of 1.014. Looks like it's strictly a FW plant which as far as plant care has more requirements than most i.e. CO2 &, med to high light + fertilization. Very little when it comes to plants is a brackish tank. Really it seems the only ones use is the macro algae from Petshrimp.
