Changing water

Hello, I made brackish water and the reading is .13, and I have cycled my water since March 2021. My tank water reads .09. Can I possibly miss the .13 with the water in my current tank? I feed my opae Ula shrimps every two weeks and am considering of doing a 5 min water change . Any tips are highly appreciated.

Raise your salt and don’t do any water changes. What are you feeding?

Oh raise my salt, ok. I thought 0.08 was the perfect reading. I also feed them fish pellet or spirulina every other week. I alternate their food . I also check for ammonia. So far so good. Thanks for the advice.
