Hello all,
This is my first post to this forum. I'm a relative newbie to shrimp, but have kept, bred and imported tropical fish for a long time.
If all goes well, I should be acquiring several pearl shrimp and green dwarf shrimp this Sunday. I was wondering if it would be OK to keep these together in the same tank? I can put a tank divider in if necessary, but would prefer not to.
Any advice?

Hi Jackie,
They catch them when you're not looking. I have never observed them catch any young but a bunch of N. denticulata sinensis (wild type) hatchlings got decimated by them. I only saw one the other day. Unless the young are dropping dead (which is entirely possible) the Pearl Shrimp are eating them.
