If ghost shrimp are currently residing in a tank would cherry shrimp be able to live fine? I ask this because it is reading a very slight ammonia level yet it is fully cycled and has been for quite some time.

Hi Wiggawam, as far as I know, Ghost shrimp and Red Cherries can live together fine; at least I haven't heard anything to the contrary.
About the ammonia though, of course ideally it should be 0. If you belong to any tank forums, perhaps they can try to help you solve your problem and the whys. Or if you were to state your various tank specs and all its inhabitants, perhaps someone could help you here.
There's a possibility the cycling process was interrupted at some point and hasn't finished cycling, or that the tank is currently overloaded in comparison to the nitrifying bacteria available. Also, I've read that higher PH and higher temperature can further affect the toxicity of ammonia.
