Will liquid calcium and liquid iodine dissipate in a tank or do they stay in the water until you remove it (the water)?

Calcium will remain in solution. Iodine will escape.

How fast depends several things
- Type of stablizers in the product
- Water temperature
- Surface aggitation
- Other trace elements in the water
It should stay in solution anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
As to where it goes, it can either escape into the air as a vapor or precipitate.
