Shrimp safe voilet goby(dragonfish)?
I saw this at a walmart. They were $6.25, and very slow. I have heard they were very peaceful and they are cute. The only visible problem is the huge mouth. So can they catch a shrimp? I was going to keep it with some bigger shrimp, and maybe some dwarf puffers, and mollies, and a knight goby.

						"Big Mouth Hungry"!!!
I'd avoid anything with a big mouth. Fish will usually eat whatever they can fit in their mouth. Personally I think the only safe fish would by cories and otos. I also keep SAE's with my shrimps but they are quick and fast and the shrimps would probably like it better to themselves but they live together fine.

They, as with the knight goby you mentioned, are truly brackish organisms. Though remarkably inoffensive (they are, by and large, filter-feeding substrate-sifters), I would not trust them with most shrimp.theshrimp_123 wrote:I saw this at a walmart.
