i will probably learn something.
when the molted , what is the best thing to do ?
remove the old skin laying at the bottom of the tank or let them there ?
i dont know if the shrimp will get rid of them or if i have to remove them when i do water change ?
and what is the frequence a shrimp have to molt ?
probably stupid question but....

This has been answered many times, so I ask you next time (before you ask ANOTHER not so stupid question) to go look first.
Leave it in there. Most shrimp will eat it. If by the time you do a water change it is still in there, scoop it out if it bothers you. It won't hurt anything to leave it.
Shrimp molt a lot when they are growing, and only once in a long time when they are fully grown. Baby shrimp may molt every couple of days as they grow. An adult cherry will molt just before she is ready to mate. If you see a bunch of shrimp molt all at the same time, suspect a water problem as shrimp also molt when they are stressed.
