I wish I could go to those Aquarium Society meetings, but I do not have a car (living in Manhattan) and that makes going to even the closest places very difficult.

I'll have more shrimp up online for sale soon.

Take care,
Mustafa

Ahh too bad. I understand why you don't own a car though. I wouldn't either if I lived and worked in Manhattan.

When you put your shrimp up for sale, will you do local pickup? I live on the Hudson 3 blocks from the PATH train so getting in and out of the city is very easy for me.

Unfortunately, I don't usually do local pickup since I have a very strict time schedule and it's just too much of an hassle to set up pick-up times with people. I hope you understand. :)

The AKA( American Killifish As.) has a egg and fish trade list. Something simular would be nice with shrimp. You can either buy the new species/variety or make trades.

I bought 15 shrimp from Mustafa in August, from those 15 I have had hundreds of offspring!! I think the $65-$70 is more than worth it. Think of it as an investment.

Even they admit they can not raise enough. Killie fish take alot of space as well. Many killie breeder keep a couple pair of each and do not let them spawn because of space problem(why I am only going to have 2 for now). It is not the investment. They only have 2 species right now and one is mixed between colors. The money is nothing if you have your tanks ready for them and raise more of them.
