Hmmm...very interesting shrimp. I've never seen this one before. Looks similar to the "green rocket" shrimp that has been discussed here before, although that shrimp is obviously green and not red. That shrimp is also imported sometimes as "Emerald Green" shrimp.

As always....if you have a chance...try to breed it.

Is this the only one you have or do you have others of this type? What environment do you keep it in, do you keep it with other shrimp?

This Hobby is getting enteresting.
Alot of new Shrimp/Crayfish are appearing in the Forum.

The only thing I can say is, Try and breed them, so the can be spread through out the Hobby.

I've got only two of them. There are also Red Cherries, Amano and Fan shrimp in the tank.

Tank size: about 63 litres (17 gallons)
Ph: ~6.8,
I don't watch other water parameters :oops: , but I think water is rather medium hard.

Do you have any idea if these shrimp are originally from India? They look similar to other indian shrimp I have seen.
